冬天时节正是天气严寒的时候,最近这一段时间就连广东人也被冷得冻手冻脚,气温低到了好几度。每年这个时间牛羊肉更是要大涨的,因为天冷了吃牛羊肉的人也越来越多了,毕竟牛羊肉温补那是深入人心的。
其实肥牛的做法还是挺多的,又好吃又简单,做了一大锅热腾腾的肥牛,一家人一起吃,那也是非常的棒。冬天吃一点热气腾腾的美食,整个人也容易暖和,特别是老人跟小孩子。
材料:肥牛、土豆、番茄、葱花
调料:大蒜、盐、生抽、蚝油、胡椒粉、番茄酱、水淀粉

1.准备2个番茄,把它们切成十字花刀,接着放入大碗中,倒入开水烫3-4分钟。准备一个大土豆,把它削好皮,然后切成小块,土豆可以切小一点,这样子更容易熟。
2.时间到了之后,把烫好的番茄拿出来,接着把它的皮去掉,把番茄切成番茄丁,切小一点备用。锅里放水烧开,把买回来的肥牛倒进去过一下水,水再次烧开就可以把肥牛捞出来备用了。取一个砂锅,倒入一点花生油,放入一点大蒜末炒出香味。
3.大蒜炒香之后,把准备好的番茄丁倒进去翻炒,把番茄炒出汤汁,接着倒入热水,一定要倒入热水,如果是冷水,那么砂锅很可能会裂开。倒完热水后,把土豆块也一起倒进去,把土豆块铺平,接着盖上锅盖,开小火焖10分钟,中途翻动2-3次,让它受热均匀。时间到了之后,打开盖子,来调一下味,放入小半勺盐、一小勺生抽、一勺蚝油、少许的胡椒粉,最后加入2勺番茄酱,用筷子把调料搅散。
4.调好味之后,把准备好的肥牛倒进去,稍微铺平一下,接着盖上锅盖,继续小火焖2分钟左右就可以了。时间到了之后,打开盖子,倒入少许的水淀粉,然后撒上一点葱花,这一道香喷喷的肥牛土豆煲就可以出锅开吃了。简单美味的家常菜,喜欢的赶紧试一下吧。
